Trivium Group was founded by Naga Kishore Vankayala, a Texas-licensed broker, developer, and builder with a career spanning technology, real estate brokerage, and luxury construction.
The group was built around a clear thesis: the fragmented nature of the real estate industry creates a persistent gap in client outcomes.
Trivium Group was created to close that gap by assembling deep expertise across construction, brokerage, advisory, and property management under one organization headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
